At the Head of the Table

The sage gives a powerful herbal note hint to this cocktail, which is sure to impress at small or large gatherings.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Tutto Mio Vino Rosso Dolce
1 oz sage infused vodka*
½ oz lemon juice
1½ oz pomegranate juice
¼ oz simple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS
Optionally sugar the rim of your coupe glass. Shake everything but the wine with ice to chill and strain into a coupe glass. Top with the wine and give a couple gentle stirs. Garnish with sage. You can serve it neat in a coupe or in a stemless wine glass over some ice cubes.

*Infuse four leaves of fresh sage per ½ cup of vodka, let in the fridge overnight.
