Pomegranate Cooler

Get your daily dose of antioxidants with this thirst-quenching pomegranate cooler. To enjoy a lower-alcohol version, simply replace the vodka with more seltzer.

INGREDIENTS

3 oz Tutto Mio Vino Rosso Dolce
2 oz Pomegranate juice
1 oz Vodka
Seltzer
Mint or berries to garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

In a highball glass, mix together Tutto Mio, Pomegranate Juice and vodka over ice. Top with seltzer. If you are feeling fancy, garnish with some fresh berries or mint sprigs. Recipe makes one cocktail.
