REVERSED NY SOUR

This classic drink is thought to date back to the 1880s, using red wine to make and strikingly beautiful cocktail.  

INGREDIENTS
3 oz Tutto Mio
1 oz Bourbon
½ of a Lemon (about ½ oz of juice)
½ oz simple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS
Shake bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup vigorously over ice. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Float Lambrusco into glass (using bar spoon). Garnish with lemon.
